In the beginning...
In the beginning I fell in love with this house over the internet. A great location, a classic design, style, charm and that twinkle in her eye that said, "buy me, I'm easy to fix." Basically those were all warning signs that sent every other prospective buyer running for the hills. Oh, but not this guy! I was taken, I had already made plans for a life together, plans for a redo and a restoration. But what do they say about the best laid plans...
